Business Analyst

Basic Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and 6 years’ Business Analyst experience; OR Master’s Degree and 4 years’ Business Analyst experience
• 6+ years Business Analyst experience working with Finance and Accounting applications
• 4+ years writing user business documentation

Preferred Skills

• 9+ years IT Business Analyst experience
• Financial Business Analyst experience
• Working knowledge of business processes, system development and process improvements
• Proficient in gathering business requirements, process flows and use cases
• Extensive experience with user business documentation
• Experience with complete software development life cycle
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
